Information about delivery, shipping costs, and order processing
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
- Free Worldwide Shipping: Available on all orders with a total value of $180 USD or more (before taxes and discounts).
- Flat Shipping Rate: A fixed shipping fee of $15 USD applies to all orders under $180 USD, regardless of destination or order weight.
- Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method, and are estimates only (excluding processing time):
- North America (USA, Canada): 7–15 business days
- Europe: 7–18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–20 business days
- Asia (excluding Indonesia): 5–12 business days
- Indonesia (Local): 3–7 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–25 business days
Please note: Delivery times may be delayed due to customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues beyond our control.
4. Shipping Destinations
We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our customer service team to confirm availability.
5. Customs & Import Fees
Nebulixy is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied to your order by your country's customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
Please check with your local customs office for information about potential fees before placing your order.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery via our shipping partner's website.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged item (if applicable). We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or reshipment at our discretion.
Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
8. Address Changes & Order Cancellations
We cannot guarantee address changes or order cancellations once an order has been processed. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at customer@nebulixy.com – we will do our best to assist you if the order has not yet been shipped.
