Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
What are the shipping costs and free shipping rules?
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $180 USD. For orders under $180 USD, a flat shipping rate of $15 USD applies to all destinations.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary by region: North America (7–15 business days), Europe (7–18 business days), Australia/New Zealand (8–20 business days), Asia (5–12 business days), Indonesia (3–7 business days), and rest of the world (10–25 business days).
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
Nebulixy is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Are your bags made of real leather?
Yes! All Nebulixy bags are handcrafted from 100% full-grain genuine leather, which develops a unique patina over time and becomes more beautiful with use.
Are the products durable enough for daily use?
Absolutely. Our bags are designed for everyday carry, with reinforced stitching, premium hardware, and high-quality lining. They are built to withstand daily commutes, travel, and regular use.
Can I get a custom color or personalized item?
Custom color or personalized requests are available for bulk orders. Please contact our customer service team for more details and pricing.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Unused, undamaged items in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged/defective item. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or repair at no cost to you.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or was shipped incorrectly due to our error.

Payment & Account

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Your credit card or payment details are never stored on our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been processed for shipment. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
